Articles
Over the past 30 years, I have written over 300 articles in German and English for industry and consumer publications ― on topics ranging from beer styles and recipe development, to the beer markets in North America and Europe, to beer history and culture, to brewing raw materials, to spirits, and to the effects of climate change and their remedies. The world of beer is exciting and fast-moving, and there is always something new to learn and to experience.
My articles have appeared in such publications as The New Brewer, Zymurgy, Brew Your Own, BRAUWELT®, BRAUWELT® INTERNATIONAL, Industrie delle Bevande, All About Beer, Beer Advocate, The Brewers’ Guardian, BRAUINDUSTRIE, Winemaker, Celebrator, Brewing and Beverage Industry, Ale Street News, Massachusetts Beverage Business, and Brewer World (India).
